Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our stones, all sales are final.

However, if your stone arrives damaged or there was an error on our part (such as incorrect engraving that does not match your submitted order), we will gladly remake and resend the item at no additional cost. In these cases, you will not need to return the damaged stone.

Customer Input Errors

We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for customization errors provided by the customer (e.g., misspelled names, incorrect dates, etc.). Each stone is custom engraved and made to order. Please carefully review all personalization details before submitting your order.

Reporting Issues

Please report any issues within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at eldoradoengraving@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged stone if applicable.

*All stones, excluding custom sizes, include shipping domestically to all 50 U.S. states. *
